NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Mt. Pleasant/Maury Museum of Local History, the Mt. Pleasant Community Development Corporation, and the Mount Pleasant Senior Citizens are non-profit charitable or civic organizations whose services benefit the general welfare of the residents of this municipality; and said non-profit organizations have applied for funds for the fiscal year 2025-2026 to be used for the following purpose(s) and in the following amount:

MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

A. Applicant, Brightland Homes of Tennessee, LLC has submitted an application for Southbend Crossing mass grading plan consisting of 58.71 acres. The property is zoned R-3 High Density Residential and a portion zoned R-2 Medium Density located off South Cross Bridges Road and the corner of US 43. The property is further identified on Tax Map 133 Parcel 01.01 recorded in Book R3049 Page 645.
B. Brightland Homes of Tennessee LLC has submitted a letter requesting a one-year extension for the Southbend Crossings Preliminary Plan approved on September 10, 2024.
The public is cordially invited to attend, there will be an opportunity for people to make comments.
The City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, Board of Commissioners will conduct Study Sessions at 6:00 p.m. on the Thursday preceding the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners each month. Study Sessions will be held at the Mount Pleasant City Hall in the Tom Hardin Room for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025, these Study Sessions will be held on the following dates:
