5. Plat Approvals:

PC-071321 (FP1) - Owner, Alec Seaman, represented by Rhodes Engineering, has submitted a Final Plat for the development of forty-nine residential lots in the Sugar Creek Subdivision located on 17.19 acres, further identified on Tax Map 133 Parcel 9.00, being duly recorded at Maury County Register of Deeds.

PC-071321 (FP2) - Owners, Allyson Stewart, Rodney & Jessica Watts, & Allison Bridges, represented by Rhodes Engineering has submitted a plat revision for lots #92 - #95 in Section 2 of Sugar Creek Subdivision requesting to revise the existing 10’ public utility & drainage easement along the rear lot lines of said property to that of a 20’ public utility & drainage easement for the purpose of construction and improvement of the existing stormwater drainage way.

6. Rezoning Requests:

PC-071321 (RZ1) - Owner, Michael Floyd and applicant TKC Architecture and Engineering, has submitted a rezone request for property @ North. Main Street west of Canaan Road, being further identified on Tax Map 127 Parcel 025.00 duly recorded in Deed Book R2312 on Page 1135 on file at the Maury County Register of Deed’s office. The existing zone designation is IL – Light Industrial. The request is to rezone 22 acres of this parcel north of Magnolia Drive to R3 – High Density Residential with the remainder of acreage to stay IL – Light Industrial. The purpose of this request is for the development of a residential subdivision.
