The Mount Pleasant Historic Zoning Commission will hold a special called meeting in the Tom Hardin Room at Mount Pleasant City Hall on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 5 P.M. The agenda items are as follows:

Certificate of Appropriateness, 101 South Main Street: new construction, second floor addition to an existing one-story building. First floor to remain with minor modifications for new stairway to access new second floor. Front facade to be renovated to accommodate new second floor.
