The Mount Pleasant Board of Commissioners will meet in a special-called meeting on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 9:00am at 209 Bond St, Fire Station #1, Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. The Board of Commissioners will study, discuss, and deliberate on the following items:

1.      City Manager Search and Selection Job Announcement Survey. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the form and content of the draft job announcement and provide guidance on any refinements before the same is presented to the Board of Commissioners for a vote. 

2.      City of Mount Pleasant 2023 Strategic Plan. The purpose of the Strategic Plan is to establish long-term goals, annual objectives, and detailed actions/strategies that address issues to performance, productivity, required statutory services, and community and personal well-being. The 2023 Strategic Plan will update the 2021 Strategic Plan.
